Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using daoco.org(the "Service") operated by Daoco("us", "we", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Subscription & Billing

The Service is offered as a paid subscription. Current plans are Starter at $49 per month and Growth at $199 per month, which differ in included usage, the number of brands, and the number of seats. Enterprise plans are offered on custom terms. New accounts receive a 2-month free trial that does not require a credit card. During the trial, usage limits are lower than the paid plans until you subscribe. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Plan prices and included limits are described on our pricing page and may change on notice.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

Usage Limits

Your subscription includes monthly quotas for usage-based resources, including Basic Tokens and Premium Tokens. Quotas reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you exceed your included quotas, you may purchase additional capacity via add-on top-ups. The Service may be limited when quotas are exceeded and no top-up is active.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months.

AI-Generated Content

You own the content generated through the Service using AI features. However, Daoco is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated output. Content you submit may be processed by third-party AI service providers in order to generate results. OpenRouter requests require a zero-data-retention endpoint; fal requests disable input/output storage and set generated media to expire after one hour. Daoco does not use your content to train, fine-tune, or evaluate shared AI models without your separate, explicit written permission.

Product Improvement and De-identified Data

Workspace owners and admins control whether Daoco may use the workspace's prompts, outputs, and agent activity to improve the Service, through the Help improve Daoco setting. With the setting on, you grant Daoco a limited license to review and analyse that data for diagnosing problems, evaluating quality, and improving the Service. With it off, Daoco captures only identifiers, timings, and error metadata.

When you delete a brand, a workspace, or your account, you may choose to let Daoco keep an anonymized record of the agent's work: its structure, and a copy of the conversation after a redaction pass that removes brand and product names, people, emails, handles, links, and numbers, as described in our Privacy Policy. Retained records are filed under a random key that is not linked to you, your brand, or your workspace, and you grant Daoco a perpetual license to use them to improve the Service. If you do not make that choice, the data is deleted with everything else.

Connected Accounts & Publishing

The Service can connect to third-party accounts you authorize, such as social platforms, commerce and website platforms, advertising accounts, CRMs, mail and calendar providers, file storage, and messaging platforms where a Daoco assistant operates. By connecting an account you authorize Daoco to access and act on that account as needed to deliver the features you request, including drafting, scheduling, and publishing content when you approve it. You remain responsible for complying with each third-party platform's own terms, and those platforms may change or revoke access at any time. You can disconnect a connection at any time from your workspace settings.

User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Daoco a limited license to process, store, and display that content for the purpose of providing and operating the Service, and, subject to the Product Improvement section above, for improving it. The Service itself (excluding user content) is the property of Daoco and is protected by copyright laws.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools to abuse or overload the Service
• Resell AI-generated content at scale without adding meaningful original value
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits or billing controls
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Account Security

If you create an account on our Service, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under the account.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you fail to pay for your subscription, violate these Terms, or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Limitation of Liability

Daoco is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, service interruptions, or loss of data.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the effective date.
